We want you to be satisfied with ZestScout. This policy explains when you can request a refund, how to do it, and how we process approved refunds. It applies to purchases made through our Merchant of Record, Paddle Holding Ltd. (“Paddle”).
• If you are a first-time subscriber and are not happy with the service, you may cancel and request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge (“Guarantee Period”).
• Guarantee Period refunds apply to both monthly and annual plans.
• After 14 days, charges are non-refundable (see Section 4 for exceptions).
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges are made.
• Renewal payments are not eligible for refund unless required by law or covered by Section 4.
We will issue a full or partial refund outside the Guarantee Period if:
• Requests made after 14 days from first purchase (unless Section 4 applies).
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• Promotional or discounted plans clearly marked “non-refundable.”
• Failure to use the service (“change of mind” after the Guarantee Period).
Send an email to support@zestscout.com with: (1) the email used for purchase, (2) Paddle transaction ID, and (3) brief reason for the request.
We review all requests within five (5) business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5-10 business days after approval.
• We may limit multiple refund requests from the same account or IP to prevent abuse.
If you are an EU consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days. By starting to use ZestScout immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you will lose the statutory withdrawal right once the service is fully provided. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Section 2) preserves a comparable right during that initial period.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our website at least 15 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest revision.
